Whether you are staying for three nights or several weeks, it’s important to plan your stay. There are local attractions to suit every visitor, from shopping to cultural activities, fine dining or great family days out, there is always something in Westminster for everyone.

For family fun, London Zoo is located in Regents Park and it is open all year round. Oxford Street is the longest shopping street in the world featuring world famous flagship stores. There are also an abundance of restaurants, theatres and galleries all within easy walking distance of your Heritage Apartment.

Hyde Park

Hyde Park is the largest of the four parks in Westminster. Points of interest include the Serpentine Art Gallery and boating lake, where rowing and pedal boats are available to hire. The Princess Diana Memorial Fountain and Memorial children’s playground are great places to visit with the family.

Regents Park

Regent's Park was designed by John Nash. The park also houses an Open Air Theatre, London Zoo and Primrose Hill, which offers some of the best views across London.

Green Park

Comprising just over 40 acres of mature trees and grassland next to Buckingham Palace, the peaceful triangle between Piccadilly and Constitution Hill offers a popular location for picnics and sunbathing in fine weather.

St James Park

The oldest of the royal parks is at the heart of ceremonial London. It includes The Mall and Horse Guards Parade, where you can see the changing of the Queen's guards every day.

The museums in Westminster offer something for all interests and age ranges – many of which have free admission. The Natural History museum and Science Museum in Kensington are great places to visit with children, with lots of interactive displays.
